“I am in Florida until April. Can I purchase either of these offers?”

You can purchase the Computer Clean Up or Physical Tech Clean Up anytime prior to March 20, 2020. You can have the work performed after you get back from Florida.

“How long will my computer be gone for?”
— Computer Clean Up Question

We try to get the computer back to you as soon as possible. Typically, we will have the computer for 2-3 days. Each computer is unique and times will vary based on the condition of the computer. We will communicate if it will take longer than normal to “clean up” the computer.

“How soon will I be able to get my computer cleaned up?”
— Computer Clean Up Question

We will start picking up computers the week of March 2, 2020. After you purchase the Computer Clean Up, you will be added to our list. Our admins will reach out in the order in which people purchased the Computer Clean Up to schedule pickup of your computer. In past years, over half of the people purchased the offer on the last day possible. Some of those people didn’t get their computer worked on until mid June. We anticipate this being popular so if you want to get your computer cleaned up sooner, purchase today!

“What happens if I pick one of the webinars and I am unable to attend live?”

We encourage people to attend live when possible. If you are unable to join live, a recording will be sent out shortly after the completion of the webinar.

“What if I have more than two displays that need to be recycled?”

Additional displays will cost an extra $10 per display.
