Yes, we will make sure that your computer gets taken care of before you leave for the winter. We encourage you to purchase the Fall Cleanup as soon as possible so you will be at the front of the list.

How long will my computer be gone for?

This year we will be offering dedicated pick up and delivery windows. The plan is to offer pickup on Monday morning with Wednesday morning delivery and Tuesday morning with Thursday morning deliveries.

How soon will I be able to get my computer worked on?
— Question

After you purchase the Fall Cleanup, you will be added to our list. Our Client Connection Team (Caitlyn, Kayla, Quade, or Ruthie) will reach out in the order in which people purchased the Fall Cleanup to schedule pickup of your computer. In past years, over half of the people purchased the offer on the last day possible. We anticipate this being popular so if you want to get your computer worked on sooner, purchase today!

What if I can’t attend the webinar live?

We encourage people to attend live when possible. If you are unable to join live, a recording will be sent out via email shortly after the completion of the webinar. You can watch the recording whenever it is convenient for you.
