If you see a little + in the upper left corner of the box that displays the price, that indicates that the app is Universal. Universal apps work on both the iPad and iPhone.

The word FREE has been changed to the word GET during a recent update.

Think of the Top Charts like the NY Times best seller list or Billboard Top 40 except for apps instead of books or music.
