In order to start a session, you need to download the free Team Viewer Quick Support app to your Mac.
Click here to download Team Viewer Quick Support.
This will place a disk image file (.dmg) in your downloads folder. If you have downloaded this tool before, double-click the disk image to open it.
You will see a blue TeamViewer Quick Support icon. Double-click to start the app.
Please take a note of your ID + Password as indicated.
